The Legacy Big Sur S48TLP Commercial Grill by AEI features all stainless steel construction, 960 sq. in. of commercial grade stainless steel cooking area, electronic ignition, four stainless steel burners with a total rating of 90,000 BTUs, laser etched markings on the control panel, anti-theft knobs and a PGS FuelStop® one hour gas flow timer built right into the control panel. The S48TLP can be built directly into a masonry enclosure or used on our portable cart item #S48CART. The entire grill and its components carry a one-year full parts replacement warranty when used in a commercial application (an industry first!). The Legacy grills have a full array of matching accessories available such as doors, drawers, and beverage centers. ETL/Intertek Certified.
